Adrenaline Lacrosse is registering boys from 8th to 12th grade throughout Orange County for the Adrenaline Box League. There are two leagues starting on Sep. 7 or 18 and they run in two locations with different schedules with fees set at $175 per player:
Arena Soccer Park – Sep. 7, Saturdays from 9 am to 3 pm through Oct. 19 at Arena Soccer Park located at 2190 N. Canal Street, Orange, Calif.
Tustin Heritage – Sep. 18, Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:45 pm to 8 pm through Oct. 28 at Tustin Heritage C Park located at 2350 Kinsman, Tustin Ranch, Calif.
The Adrenaline Box League is designed to enhance a player’s shooting, ball handling and mastery of tight space concepts, including the two-man game.
“Adrenaline Lacrosse firmly believes in the value of developing players in a skills-focused manner using the box style of play,” says Jesse Foss, Training Program Manager. “Every player enrolled will benefit from learning to catch and throw in confined spaces. Offensive players will learn how to cut and move off ball, how to use the two-man game, and how to finish inside. Defensive players will learn how to play proper angles using footwork instead of their sticks to save them, how to play off ball, and how to communicate through picks. The more players improve these skills, the more complete a player they’ll be in the field game.”
The Adrenaline Box Association, the largest of its kind, consists of multi-team, competitive leagues throughout the West. Five regional leagues will all compete this fall in the Adrenaline Box League circuit. Players are not only competing for the title in their divisions but also for a spot on the Box Select Team chosen by the Adrenaline Evaluation Team.
