The Brahmas started the season off on the right foot with a victory over Montebello, but would be unable to duplicate a win over the Norwalk Lancers last Friday night. Diamond Bar trailed early on in the game as the Lancers scored on their opening possession of the game. Trailing 7-0, the Brahmas would come back with a field goal and trail 7-3. Norwalk would score yet again to lead 14-3. The Brahmas Tyler Brown would close the gap with a 30-yard touchdown run and Diamond Bar trailed 14-10 in the second quarter. However, that would be the only points the Brahmas would post to the scoreboard for the rest of the game. Norwalk would score 30 unanswered points and get the victory 44-10.
