Diamond Bar is Looking for Rec. Program Teachers

If you have a unique skill you want to share and know how to teach, Diamond Bar wants to know about you.

Diamond Bar is looking for people who are skilled in unique recreation activities who also have a knack for teaching.

The city is looking for contract instructors to teach new classes not currently offered by its Recreation Services Division during the winter season, city officials said. The session begins January 5, 2013.

Those interested should apply using the proposal form and other instructor application material that is available for download on the City website.

Information can also be requested by mail, at 21810 Copley Drive, Diamond Bar Ca. 91765 or by contacting the City’s Recreation Services Division at (909) 839-7070.

Deadline for proposals is 8 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 5.

 

All individuals conducting business within city limits are required to have a business license, available at City Hall for an annual fee of $10.
