2011 Photo Contest - Be a Judge  

Residents are invited to check out five of the top entries entered into the City’s 2011 community photo contest and vote for their favorite.

The voting window opened October 31 and closes at 10pm on November 6. The entry with the most online votes takes the Residents Choice award as well as a $100 check, courtesy of the Diamond Bar Community Foundation.
