Get Out: Drum Corp International Performing in Walnut Competition Today
Looking for something to do this Saturday? Head to Walnut's Mt. SAC for a battle of the marching bands.
A battle of the drum corp international will take place in Walnut today, as marching bands from around the country gather at Mount San Antonio College.
"The stage will be set for a first-ever early season battle between the first-ranked in the East (Carolina Crown) and first-ranked in the West (Blue Devils)," a website touting the event states. "This is a show you will not want to miss!"
One of those top-ranked bands, the Carolina Crown, practiced their skills earlier this week in Murrieta. Check out a photo gallery of their rehearsal here.
Diamond Bar's Pacific Crest will also compete in the event at Hilmer Lodge Stadium.
