Gas Prices Increase in LA County to Highest Amount Since September

The average price has risen 33 cents over the past 32 days, including eight-tenths of a cent on Sunday.

The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County rose to its highest amount since Sept. 30 today, increasing three-tenths of a cent to $3.937.

The average price has risen 31 of the past 32 days and is 7.3 cents more than one week ago and 31.3 cents higher than one month ago but 36.9 cents less than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

The average price has risen 33 cents over the past 32 days, including eight-tenths of a cent on Sunday.
