Where Do You Do "Trendy" Diamond Bar?

News editors usually get a whole lot of outside mail. Being a publication that stays mainly within the city and the surrounding cities that impact it most, Patch editors don’t always use everything we get.

But today I received an item about the grand opening of The Lazy Dog Café in Rancho Cucamonga. The eatery is what some in the restaurant business call upscale casual-dining. I call it the “vibe” restaurant, or a location that tries to set a vibe. When I checked, I saw there is a location in West Covina which begged the question, if any of you go, which one would you go to?

And if you wanted to go to Rainforest Cafe or Sonic or even to a Mercedes Benz dealer, where would you go? How far would you travel?

Even though Diamond Bar has a lot of great restaurants, I wondered, where does our town go to enjoy a different vibe? Where do you do trendy?
