Assemblyman Curt Hagman, R-Chino Hills, wants to hear from constituents on the U.S. Supreme Court's Proposition 8 ruling.
Hagman, whose district includes Diamond Bar and Walnut, sent out the following email urging voters to take a survey.
As you know, the Supreme Court of the United States recently heard arguments and responded to two important cases that dealt with the issue of same-sex marriage. They dismissed Hollingsworth v. Perry, California’s Proposition 8 appeal and struck down a key part of DOMA that denies benefits to legally married gay couples. As your State Assemblyman, I would like your input on these important issues.
