Jan. 19: Food, Games, Teaching, and Basketball

  1. The Diamond Bar Woman’s Club will feature Stress Management as the topic for today’s 10 a.m. luncheon at the . All are invited to attend who may be considering joining the group. Tickets are $13.00 with a meal and $3.00 for just tea or coffee. For more information or a reservation, please call Sharron Tanzer at 909 861-3138. 
  2. The Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch — run by students at Cal Poly Pomona — officially reopens their doors for the winter quarter today for lunch and dinner. Lunch service will be Tuesday through Fridays from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and dinner from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.  Reservations are highly recommended.
  3. The San Gabriel Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce Bowling League meets tonight from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at .
  4. The city is currently accepting applications for contract class instructors to teach new classes, currently not offered by its Recreation Services Division during the summer. Proposals are due Feb. 9.
