Nominations Needed for City's Outstanding Volunteer Award
The deadline for nominations is March 16.
Do you know a volunteer making a difference in Diamond Bar? Nominate them for the 2012 Outstanding Volunteer Award.
Residents are being asked to nominate exceptional friends, relatives, neighbors, and colleagues who are donating their time to nonprofits or other causes. Volunteers who are selected will receive a special certificate from the City Council and local elected officials, which will be distributed during the city’s annual Birthday Party on April 16.
There are two categories: youth, for those 17 and under, and adult. The deadline is 4:30 p.m. Friday, March 16.
