This afternoon, the sky was dark and winds whipped through Diamond Bar.
It was a cold and rainy Sunday in Diamond Bar, with dark skies and winds whipping through the city this afternoon.
Outside of the on North Diamond Bar Boulevard, paper signs advertising the company blew across the parking lot. A banner saluting a member of the military on North Diamond Bar Boulevard was also hanging down slightly, due to the winds.
