UPDATE: Missing Autistic Woman is Found
Pomona Police had been searching for Gabrielle Shulman, 21, who is Autistic with the mental capacity of a 10-year-old.
Update, 5 p.m.:
Gabrielle Shulman, an autistic woman who had been reported missing, has been found safe and is back with her family, Pomona Police officials said.

Pomona Police are asking the public’s help in locating an Autistic woman with the mental capacity of a 10-year-old who was reported missing today by her mother.
Gabrielle Schulman, 21, left her home about 7:40 this morning. The young woman lives in the 2100 block of Orange Grove in Pomona. She also attends classes at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut.

She was last seen wearing a tan or yellow dress with short sleeves, according to a police department alert. The dress has a yellow and black flower pattern on it, officials said.
Gabrielle is Autistic and friendly and will approach strangers, officials said. Officers suspect she may be walking around barefoot.
She has not made contact with friends or family and did not go to school today, according to the alert.
Officers and family ask that locals please keep an eye out for Gabrielle during their normal travels throughout the community. Anyone who spots Gabrielle is asked to call the Pomona Police watch commander at (909) 622-1241.
