Red Flag Warning for San Gabriel Valley

The warning is in effect from midnight to 6 p.m. Wednesday

A red flag warning is in effect from midnight tonight to 6 p.m. Wednesday for the San Gabriel Valley.

According to the National Weather Service, gusty Santa Ana winds and low relative humidity are expected, with peak winds overnight through Wednesday morning. Northeast winds from 15 to 25 mph with gusts around 40 mph are anticipated, with strongest winds below passes and canyons and in the hills.

In Diamond Bar tonight, expect clear skies and a low of 53. On Wednesday, it will be sunny with a high of around 79, with winds expected between 15 and 20 mph.
