The third woman in a case involving an illegal Ponzi scheme pleaded Thursday to numerous securities fraud and grand theft charges. Eva Perez, 51, appeared in court after a due to authorities having difficulty getting her out of prison, where she is currently serving 11 years on a conviction for a similar scheme in San Bernardino.

The Asian citrus psyllid, which can carry the fatal tree disease Huanglongbing that has caused devastation in India, parts of the Middle East, and South America, has been .
