The Diamond Bar High football team wins again, an invasive mosquito species is discovered in the county, and local students remember September 11

In case you missed it, here’s a look at what happened in and around Diamond Bar this week.

The Diamond Bar High School football team chalked up Friday night, beating the Don Lugo Conquistadors 26-6. The Brahmas’ Henry Omana went 8 for 13 for 128 yards and had two touchdowns.

An invasive species of mosquito was found in South El Monte earlier this week. The is a known carrier of dengue fever, yellow fever, and other diseases.
