On Wednesday, were honored during a special ceremony at the Diamond Bar Center. 

Attorneys for accused murderer Kyle Jacobs, whose case was dropped then filed again, to set a December date for a preliminary hearing. The 26-year-old was ordered to appear Dec. 13 for a hearing to determine whether the evidence presented by a deputy district attorney warrants a trial.
