One of our customer's review :I first called Mike's heating & Air on one very hot summer day well over 10 years ago. My HVAC had stopped working & I was desperate for immediate relief. I made several calls to other companies but no one was available to come out & wanted $$$ just to trouble shoot. When I called Mike's Heating & Air I was received by a very courteous & professional dispatcher who acknowledged my predicament. Mike arrived in a timely manner, trouble shot & fixed the problem in no time. Mike's price was extremely reasonable compared to the big names out there trying to sale you what you don't need. Mike's business is family owned with very little overhead so the price is very reasonable & the service is as solid and professional as any! Most importantly over the past 10-12 years I've found Mike to be very ethical. He strives to maintain and to build on his customer base so your not going to get ripped. Mike has since been the only one I call for my two HVACS at my personal residence in Chino HIlls & several of my income properties for the past 12 years. He's also responded to emergencies on the weekend. In August he responded to a property in Philips Ranch only to discover that the problem was simply an outside switch that had been inadvertently turned off. He waved the cost!
