Original story as follows:

A local psychologist accused of molesting at least two underage patients will be arraigned Wednesday, district attorney officials say.

56-year-old Thomas Gary Amberson, whose business is located in Claremont, was scheduled for an 8:30 a.m. arraignment in a Pomona courtroom, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.

Amberson-- who is free on $100,000 bail--  was arrested by the Claremont Police Department on Nov. 15 on charges of child molestation related to two separate individuals, according to a felony complaint from the DA's office.

He was originally due in court on Dec. 17, but that date was moved to Wednesday.

"An investigation was initiated in November 2012, by Claremont Police Department after a nine year-old male alleged that Amberson committed lewd acts upon his person during a counseling session," Claremont Police Lt. Shelly Vander Veen said in a press release.

Amberson is a resident of Upland, but has his practice located in Claremont, where he treats both children and adults, according to Vander Veen.

Vander Veen added that when police went to serve a search warrant at Amberson's business-- they found child pornography on his work computer.

On Dec. 5, the DA's office filed four felony counts of lewd acts on a child, plus another count of possessing child pornography, against Amberson.

"A similar investigation was conducted in 2008, after a thirteen year-old male made similar allegations," Vander Veen said.  "That case was not filed by the District Attorney’s Office at the time due to insufficient evidence, however, was included in the current criminal filing."

Claremont police believe there may be more victims in this case, Vander Veen said.
