A swarm of about 10 police cruisers, lights and sirens going, responded to a possible burglary in Diamond Bar Thursday but it turned out to be a false alarm.
The cops were sent to a possible burglary in the 22000 block of Cello Drive about 1:45 p.m., according to Los Angeles sheriff's Lt. John Saleeby.
When they arrived, they found a door open but no burglar, Saleeby told Patch.
The resident had left the door opened, the lieutenant said.
