A search for burglary suspects during a felony stop in Diamond Bar Thursday prompted the brief closure of the 60 freeway on ramp.
Patch reader and contributor Anthony Sarinana reported seeing Los Angeles County Sheriff's cars and several unmarked law enforcement vehicles surrounding a black sedan at the Chevron gas station on Diamond Bar Boulevard near the 60 at around noon.
Sheriff's deputies had blocked the right turn lane that allows drivers to enter the 60 eastbound, Sarinana said.
The incident was a felony traffic stop of some suspected burglars conducted by the City of Industry Sheriff' station, authorities said.
