Capitol Comment: Huff Highlights Bills Related to Bicyclists and Affordable Housing

The final weeks of legislative session bring a flurry of work on several hundred bills, and Senator Huff highlights three measures in this week's report. The legislative issues deal with bills that mandate the creation of a three-foot passing lane for drivers who pass bicyclists, union attacks on charter schools and a measure that weakens free market ability to build affordable housing.
