Diamond Bar Resident Earns Re-Appointment
Manuel Baca will continue to serve on the California Community College Board of Governors through 2013.
Diamond Bar resident Manuel Baca was recently re-appointed to the California Community College Board of Governors.
Baca, who teaches government at Rio Honda College in Whittier, has served on the state board since 2009. He is also a member and past president of the governing board of Mt. San Antonio Community College District.
Baca earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from California State University Fullerton, and his Ph.D. in Education from the University of Southern California.
