With less than a month to go until Election Day - it’s November 8 - take note of these important dates in regards to voting.
Monday, October 10 was the first day to request a Vote by Mail ballot, and Tuesday, November 1, is the last day to ask for one. Monday, October 24 is the last day to register.
As a Los Angeles County resident, you may register to vote if you are at least 18 years old or will be by the date of the next election, a United States citizen, and not in prison or on parole for a felony conviction. Registration forms can be found at most government buildings, or can be requested over the phone by calling 562-466-1310 or 800-481-VOTE. Registration can also be done in person, with the closest facility to Diamond Bar being in Norwalk, at 12400 Imperial Highway.
