"I would like to thank the Diamond Bar voters for their faith and confidence in me to, once again, be their City Council member," Herrera told Diamond Bar Patch. "I am proud to have been part of so many significant plans in the city, such as the planning and building of our beautiful Diamond Bar Center, and now, our new City Hall and relocation of the library.
