Mayor Delivers State of City Address Thursday

Mayor Steve Tye will deliver the annual State of the City Address tonight at 6:30 p.m. at the Diamond Bar Center.

Mayor Steve Tye will deliver the annual State of the City address Thursday evening with updates about major projects and developments in the city since last April.

The biggest change for the city in 2011 will be the move to a new city hall it purchased last year after 21 years of leasing space at the building.

City Public Information Coordinator Cecilia Arellano said in a press release that the mayor will discuss:

The event will take place at the and is open to the public. Doors will open at 6 p.m. to receive guests with refreshments and the Mayor's presentation and speech will begin at 6:30 p.m.
