Walnut Seeks Applicants for Youth Advisory Commission

The city of Walnut is looking for teens who want to serve on its Youth Advisory Commission.

The commission has eight vacancies. Interested youths who would like to apply must do so by the July 15 deadline.  Applications must be turned in by 5 p.m.

Qualified applications must be Walnut residents who have reached or passed the eighth grade at minimum, according to the city. The maximum age and grade level is 18 and a senior in high school.
