Another overpriced house from Century 21 Masters. Only problem with this company is that they only bring in Chinese buyers. Brian Kang is the worst. This house should sell for $0.9M tops. Look at that photo of the kitchen. What is that stupid island doing? Way too small. Need to tear it out. Makes the kitchen look small. Square footage, number of beds/baths not listed. For $1.25M you dang sure better list them lazy RE agent!! Just check zillow. Takes just a few seconds. http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/20880-Apache-Way-Walnut-CA-91789/21669687_zpid/

The baseline price for a home that size in Walnut is in the mid-900s, but you have to take into account that they've used that entire backyard space and basically converted it into their own private park/orchard with a second 2-car garage. They also have the solar system, and eco-friendly updates do add value. I see a lot of grossly overpriced homes on the market today, but this one doesn't really strike me as all that egregious.

My house is the same size and is worth $850k, if I am lucky. Garages are not living space, so while desirable, it does NOT add much value. Same with large backyards unless you can put in chickens and horses. I will watch this house. Bet it sits or sells for close to $900k. I will admit that the solar adds something ($20k max) and it is not obscenely overpriced.

FYI, the status of this home just went to pending. The offer came in on the 3rd. Your home may be worth more than you think.
