The property once was owned by the Sentous family, one of the town's earlier settlers, according to the city's website. The famiy owned the 2,200-acre Sentous Ranch. The property later was used in the filming of "National Velvet" starring Elizabeth Taylor.
The center serves as training location for Lusitano dressage horses and for special events such as outdoor weddings and corporate parties, according to the center's website.
The property has been on the market for 46 days as of Monday, according to the listing.
