Alex Morgan Teams With Coca-Cola

US Soccer Phenom and Diamond Bar native Alex Morgan has been named one of Coca-Cola’s "Eight-Pack" of Athletes for London 2012 Olympic Games.

She joins diver David Boudia - silver medalist in men's platform diving - wrestler Henry Cejudo, women’s boxer Marlen Esparza, tennis player John Isner, gymnast Shawn Johnson, paralympian Jessica Long and hurdler David Oliver as members of the program.

All will serve as Coca-Cola "Ambassadors of Active Living" to help encourage and inspire people to lead active, balanced lives, according to officials with Coca-Cola.

“This is the third consecutive Olympic Games in which Coca-Cola has included a collection of athletes as part of the brand's Olympic program,” company officials said. “While previous Coca-Cola Olympic Games programs have featured six athletes, this is first time the brand has highlighted eight athletes.”
