Here is a list of today’s programs and deals at the Los Angeles County Fair for Sept. 23. The fair is dark Monday and Tuesday. More information can be found at the fair’s website.

Today’s hours: 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.

Today’s Deals:

  • Season Pass: presented by Walgreens, $24.99 for ages 6 and older at participating Walgreens
  • Ralphs Any-Day Tickets: admission tickets $10 for adults, $6 for ages 6-12, comes with exclusive unlimited carnival ride wristband ($35). Restrictions apply. Presented by Ralphs.
  • Costco Savings Pack: $54.99 for 4 any-day tickets, one parking pass and 44 carnival ride/game tickets. At participating Costco store.
  • Children 5 and younger are free every day

Today’s Top Things To Do:

Pistol Annies - Miranda Lambert, Ashley Monroe and Angeleena Presley bring country music to the End of Summer Concert Series, presented by Toyota. A limited number of free general admission tickets will be available beginning at 3 p.m. at the ticket kiosk on Rose Lane. Reserved seats are available at ticketmaster.com and the Fair box office. 7:30 p.m.

Thor - Come meet the greatest warrior of Asgard in America’s Kids: A Living Library of Fun. 12:30, 2:30 and 4:30 p.m.

Tablescaping - Discover how to make your dinner table look fabulous with Tablescaping with Pottery Barn. Noon to 1 p.m. and 2 to 3 p.m. Located in the Village on Broadway.

Kids Tractor Pull  - Children get a chance to become a star of the show in this fun, fast-paced, action- packed, pedal tractor pulls. In FairView Farms throughout the day.

Wool & Fiber - Sheep wool and fiber talks educate guests on where all their sweaters come from. In FairView Farms throughout the day.

Paperback Writer - Take a trip through tangerine trees and marmalade skies with the world’s most popular rock group of all time: The Beatles. This cover band performs with “spot-on” vocals, look and sound ability. See them on the Coca Cola Stage. 6:30, 7:30, 8:30 and 9:30 p.m.

Cirque du Lumiere – Open daily. Enter a world of fantasy and imagination as the magic of glow takes center stage and acrobatic artists and aerialists perform amazing stunts. Experience the wonder of light like never before! Located at Esmeralda’s Traveling Circus. 2:30, 5:30 and 8 p.m.

Person to Person – Open daily. Whether celebrating the 60s “Summer of Love” or going back to the 70s, Person to Person takes guests through the famous songs of these memorable eras. See them on the Hit the Road traveling stage. Consult your Daily Fun Guide for show times.

Wine Classes - European wine consultant, Mark Newman hosts three classes in the Wine & Spirits Marketplace – Planet Bordeaux: Food Friendly and Pocket Friendly, 2 p.m.; Wine, Cheese & Chocolate!, 4 p.m.; Gold Medal Wines Around the World!, 6 p.m.
