Golden Springs Pre-K – 8 School

<p>Golden Springs Pre-K – 8 school was Diamond Bar's first elementary school, located on Golden Springs Drive between Diamond Bar Boulevard and the 60 freeway. The school became a Pre-K – 8 school in September of 2010. It is a part of the Pomona Unified School District and serves 668 students in North Diamond Bar.</p> <p>From 2009 to 2010, Golden Springs's Academic Performance Index score dropped 20 points from 908 to 888. Compared statewide, the school's API scores 10/10. Compared against a group of 100 similar schools, the score is 8/10.</p> <p>Their mascot is the Cougar.</p>
