Located in a shopping plaza, Sushi Koyo serves authentic Japanese dishes. The ambience is traditional, but not stuffy. Lunch specials and a full menu of dishes is available at the tables, but the bar is "omakase" only (which means the chef dictates the menu). Though the interior is cozy, groups are well accommodated here, provided it's not very busy. The staff is known for being friendly and attentive.
