I thought the instructions would be HERE, not on a link. But that's OK.

I personally dont text in general because I'm not really interested in talking to anyone while I…Read More drive plus dont want an accident. My daughter told me that she feels safer while I drive as opposed to being in the car with a distracted driver. When she drives hope she follows my cue.
Dave Zaccagnino March 30, 2013 at 11:56 am
I see people all the time texting while driving. Which is exactly why the cops who can easily and…Read More plainly see somebody texting should pull them over, drag them out of their vehicle, and shoot them in the head. They're a menace to society and we don't need idiots like that threatening violence and mayhem with their vehicles because they're too stupid to wait until they get home or work or school to play with their phones when it's safe. Enough is enough! We truly need to eliminate people who are SO dumb and lack any/all common sense.

Please tell me the Community Centers will not be named after Supervisor Knabe. There is something…Read More inherently wrong with this practice. Taxpayer funded projects should not become monuments to the Supervisors.

That's pretty neat! Anybody know the background on that little diddy?

Love it!!! Sounds like an ad to get folks to come see DB and purchase a home here. The main reasion…Read More I knew it was old was because of the line that talked about NO TRAFFIC! Ha! Now that's a hoot! Anyway, a fitting song for a wonderful community!!

beta, I am still waiting for your facts. Do you know which budgets book purchases come from versus…Read More teacher salaries? You do realize that the home values in Walnut and Diamond Bar are strongly related to good schools staffed by union teachers working with caring parents.
beta blue April 22, 2013 at 06:44 pm
look deep in the mirror, alan...perhaps, you and your cohorts can expedite change and put the kids…Read More first...stop turning a blind eye...no funds for books/supplies but plenty in salaries (yet rampant in fundraisers and/or parent donation requests)...inappropriate/illegal teacher actions with students but no ramifications and/or costly/prolonged (years?) removal process
alan, why so scared to break the monopoly...if the school is so wonderful (100% college turnout?), it would be able to compete...but if not, it will be forced to improve...a definite win for the kids, because it forces bad schools to close and promotes continued improvement instead of complacency (teachers just waiting for retirement and not putting the kids first -- such bullies!)

beta, would you like to provide some evidence of your claim?

@Muslim radicals are the problem here. This jihad/war whatever the hell you want to call it, will…Read More never end in our lifetime. Ultimately the Muslims will win. Look no further than Europe. Unless there is a full fledged worldwide war, they really can't be stopped. Their numbers are too great. What we are doing in Afghanistan is nothing more than swatting away a bee every time one flies out of the hive. But there are millions still in the hive. Unless we close our borders to people from the Middle East and parts of Eastern Europe, what happened in Boston will continue. It's not racist to not like Muslims just like it wasn't racist to not like the Russians during the Cold War or Germans during WWII.

Thanks to these two scum brothers, I can no longer transport my hearty meals in my trusty pressure…Read More cooker via backpack. As an alternative, I tried to fit a crock pot, but it ruined my backpack zipper and made a meatball/marinara mess inside my backpack; even making way into the USB ports of my laptop.
Sorry, tupperware won't cut it. It just gets too hot and eventually leaves a huge welt on my back.

MUCH better idea: if anybody knows who did this, please provide name, address, and either a picture…Read More or description of a-hole to me via e-mail. Their punishment will be MUCH worse than spending eternity in hell.

Of course, I was part of the successful effort to recall him, led by the "peroxide…Read More princess" Cathie Wright. (She died last year at age 83, great lady for sure). Thank God that ended his poitical career as the poster boy for RHINOs. What a jerk he was.
BTW, the idi__t that could not keep him in line was Brulte, who is the RHINO Republican chair right now- another reason why the party is doomed in CA. He couldn't lead anyone out of a paper bag, even if it was left open.

Thelema: I appear angry because the entire purpose of this article is to promote the plight of…Read More illegals. I think illegals need to go back to their own country and get in line behind honest immigrants that legally apply to come to the US. "Plight of US farmworkers"??? Actually they have pretty good jobs considering their skill levels. I do not think they are suffering much. I own orange groves in Visalia, CA and employ Mexican pickers. They seem happy to me. Hard to believe, but I do not beat them. Yes, articles like this make me angry because the farmworker IS NOT struggling.
