I graduated from the University of La Verne in 2010 with my Bachelor's in journalism, but also took some class in photographer and multi media design. I was on the The Campus Times, the campus newspaper, staff as both a writer and photographer and on the La Verne Magazine staff as a writer.  
Prior to joining Patch.com, I was a correspondent for the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin and was a contributing writer for the Pasadena Weekly.
